ingredients

You will need

  • 3 x 140 g Noshu 95% Sugar Free Choc Baking Chips
  • 80 g low sugar or sugar free marshmallows
  • 50 g toasted almonds
  • 50 g low sugar or sugar free raspberry jellies
  • 30 g pistachios
  • 25 g less sugar dried cranberries

method

Line a 20 cm square tin with baking paper. No need to grease the lining.

Mix

  1. Place Choc Baking Chips in a microwave safe bowl. Melt in the microwave on low heat in 20 second increments, stirring in between, until choc is completely melted. This shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes all up, depending on the strength of your microwave.

Assemble

  1. Add the marshmallows, nuts, jellies, and dried cranberries into the melted choc, and mix to coat all the ingredients.
  2. Pour the mixture evenly into the tin and refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
  3. Slice into desired sizes and enjoy!
