This super easy 5 ingredient slice will be your new snack on rotation! Wheat free and super low in sugar, it tastes like a naughty treat, but in fact isn’t at all!

ingredients

You will need

  • 1 x Noshu 98% Sugar Free Choc Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1 x Noshu 95% Sugar Free Milk Chocolate Melts
  • 1 x 20 cm square cake tin

for the slice

  • 1 x Noshu 98% Sugar Free Choc Chip Cookie Mix
  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 70 g melted butter
  • 65 g peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 1 tbsp water

to decorate

  • 75 g Noshu 95% Sugar Free Milk Chocolate Melts

 

method

Preheat oven to 160°c (150°C fan forced). Grease and line a 20 x 20cm square cake tin.

mix

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, place your Choc Chip Cookie Mix, rolled oats, melted butter, peanut butter and water. Mix together with a fork until well combined then use your hands to rub the ingredients together and knead to form a dough.
  2. Press your dough evenly into your prepared cake tin.

bake

  1. Bake in your pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and place onto a wire cooling rack.

decorate

  1. Place your Milk Chocolate Melts in a microwave safe bowl. Melt in the microwave on low heat in 20 second increments, stirring in between, until chocolate is completely melted. This shouldn’t take more than 2 minutes all up, depending on the strength of your microwave.
  2. Once the slice is cooled, drizzle your melted chocolate on top and and slice into 12 even bars. Enjoy!

Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
