Looking for a quick and easy Easter recipe that won’t send you into a complete sugar spiral? These little cookie dough eggs are just the ticket! Decadent and impressive with no baking required!
ingredients
You will need
- 1 x Noshu 98% Sugar Free Choc Chip Cookie Mix
- 1 x pack Noshu 95% Sugar Free Choc Baking Chips
- Silicone Easter egg mould

- 1 x Noshu 98% Sugar Free Choc Chip Cookie Mix
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter or dairy-free spread (melted)
for the decoration
- 1 x Noshu 95% Sugar Free Choc Baking Chips
- 1 tbsp oil of choice (sunflower or coconut)

mix
- Pour contents of the cookie mix sachet into a mixing bowl. Add melted butter (or melted dairy-free spread) and water to the dry cookie mix. Mix until combined with a fork or spatula.
- Using your fingertips, work the mixture together to form a smooth cookie dough. Mix in and add-ins you’d like. Press your dough into your easter egg moulds and set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
decorate
- To melt the choc chips, place choc into a microwave-safe bowl and pour in the liquid oil. Microwave on ½ strength in 30 second increments mixing for at least 1 minute in-between until fully melted and smooth.
- Pop the cookie dough easter eggs out of their moulds and dip them with your melted chocolate.
set
- Place on a tray lined with a sheet of baking paper and refrigerate until chocolate is set.
store
Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
